This role involves the full lifecycle of security technologies, from pre-sales through delivery. Implement and manage SASE technologies from vendors such as Netskope, ZScaler, Palo Alto, and others. Develop comprehensive network security documentation, including as-builts, recommendations, implementation guides, and network diagrams.

• Review existing FireMon Rule Audit Reports and findings with Customer Team.
• Determine process for Rule Owner Identification and Cleanup, validating if firewall rule is still required.
• Document findings and schedule change control to remove/clean up rule from existing firewall policy.

• Provide advanced support for network security issues and customer onboarding.
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Fortinet and Palo Alto firewalls (Fortinet preferred).
• Develop Python scripts for automation and integration with network security devices.
